Schedule a 15 min ConsultationRoni is a better drafter and adviser because she has dealt with commercial and probate/trust litigation, difficult family dynamics, business disputes, and high-stakes transitions. That history helps her guide clients toward decisions and plans that can stand up better under strain.
Roni has served as general counsel for closely-held businesses in varying industries. On the one hand, she can prepare sophisticated master services contracts and NDAs for a pharmaceutical/biopharma services company; and on the other hand she can prepare a manure easement for a dairy farm. For numerous clients in I.T., construction, agriculture, ophthalmology, janitorial services industries she has designed, negotiated and closed the sale or transfer of the company (or its assets). For one large dairy farm client, she even innovated a unique lease agreement for an anaerobic digester that converts manure to energy source (there's no template for that!).
In the trust and estates world, she's worked with single individuals, traditional and non-traditional families; business owners, third-grade teachers, physicians, nurses, farmers and consultants; U.S. citizens and non-citizen residents (green card holders); families with net worths of $1Million or $40million. Her experience in these select areas of law is deep, but the families, companies, and industries Roni serves are extremely diverse.
