Jurisdiction note

Roni works from her base in Broomfield, but works with biz and estate clients all over the State of Colorado. For those clients outside the immediate 20-mile radius, Roni utilizes videoconference meetings and mobile notary services. And most probate estate administration matters are handled entirely online with the court systems.

However, Roni is available to handle guardian- and conservatorships only in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, and Jefferson Counties.

No Litigation

Roni no longer handles litigation matters. Instead, you should search specifically for counsel with the appropriate subject-matter and geographic focus, including resources such as avvo.com.
